Senior Account Executive (Digital Marketing)
Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and client-focused Senior Account Executive to join our team. You will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and our internal digital marketing specialists. Your mission is to foster strong, long-term partnerships, deeply understand our clients' business goals, and lead the execution of high-performing digital marketing strategies. Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive communication.
Strategic Consulting: Interpret client needs and business objectives to develop comprehensive digital strategies (across paid media, SEO, content, and social).
Campaign Orchestration: Coordinate with internal creative, technical, and performance teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Performance Reporting: Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews (QBRs), translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that demonstrate clear ROI.
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services by staying ahead of the client's needs and industry trends.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage client expectations and handle any concerns or challenges with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and platform updates to provide strategic value-add advice to clients.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in an Account Management or Client Service role within a Digital Marketing Agency.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Programmatic).
Strong ability to read and interpret performance data (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira).
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Soft Skills:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex strategies confidently.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and connect marketing activities to client business results.
Empathy & Diplomacy: Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and manage difficult conversations effectively.
Leadership: Ability to mentor junior account executives and lead cross-functional project teams.
