Check with seller Admin & HR Manager
- Location: Hai Phong City, vietnam
We are seeking a versatile and strategic Admin & HR Manager to oversee the entire spectrum of our administrative and human resources functions. You will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for building a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment. Job Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (HR)
Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from employer branding and sourcing to onboarding.
C&B & Payroll: Oversee payroll processing, social insurance (SI/HI/UI) compliance, and employee benefits management.
Performance & Development: Implement performance management systems (KPI/OKR), training programs, and career development initiatives.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive corporate culture, resolve internal conflicts, and ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.
2. Administration (Admin)
Office Operations: Manage office facilities, asset inventory, procurement, and daily support services to ensure a smooth work environment.
Compliance & Legal: Ensure all business operations comply with local labor laws, safety regulations, and internal company policies.
Budgeting: Manage the combined budget for HR and Admin departments, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
External Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers.
Executive Support: Assist the Board of Directors with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in HR & Admin, with at least 3 years in a management/leadership capacity.
Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code and tax/insurance regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and administrative management software.
Expertise in strategic planning and budget management.
Soft Skills:
Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a cross-functional team.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate company goals into actionable HR/Admin strategies.
Communication & Diplomacy: Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate sensitive employee issues and stakeholder negotiations.
Integrity: Unquestionable ethics when handling sensitive personnel and company data.
