Check with seller HR & Admin Officer
- Location: Can Tho City, vietnam
We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for a well-rounded professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, handling both the people side (HR) and the operations side (Admin) of the business to ensure a productive and compliant workplace.
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (screening CVs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires).
C&B Support: Assist in maintaining employee records, tracking timekeeping, and supporting payroll processing.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and labor contracts.
Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and company-wide engagement activities to foster a positive culture.
Administration (Admin)
Office Operations: Oversee daily office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management to ensure a smooth work environment.
Procurement & Vendors: Negotiate and manage contracts with office suppliers and service providers (internet, water, courier, etc.).
Logistics: Manage travel arrangements for business trips and support the planning of company events or workshops.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all administrative and HR documentation adheres to local labor laws and internal policies.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an integrated HR & Admin role.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel is crucial for C&B and reporting).
Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code and social insurance regulations (SI, HI, UI).
Familiarity with HRIS or timekeeping software is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills:
Versatility: Ability to switch smoothly between HR-focused tasks and Admin-focused responsibilities.
Confidentiality: High level of integrity when handling sensitive employee and company data.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff.
Detail-Oriented: Precision in documentation and compliance reporting.
