We are seeking a proactive and highly dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our [CEO/Director]. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, trustworthy, and resourceful individual who can anticipate needs and manage both professional and administrative tasks to ensure the executive’s workday runs efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
Executive Support: Serve as the primary point of support for the executive, managing their daily workflow and prioritizing tasks to maximize their productivity.

Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage appointments, travel schedules, and personal commitments, ensuring the executive is always prepared for upcoming engagements.

Correspondence & Communication: Act as a gatekeeper; filter and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the executive with high discretion.

Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare documentation/briefings, and attend to ensure important information is captured and followed up.

Travel & Personal Logistics: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries, with attention to the executive’s personal preferences.

Task Management: Assist with various tasks, ranging from business document preparation and research to specific personal administrative errands.

Confidentiality: Maintain total confidentiality regarding all professional and personal business matters.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.

Experience: 2–4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a client-facing role requiring high discretion.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Expertise in digital calendar and contact management tools.

Soft Skills:

Proactivity: Ability to anticipate the executive’s needs and take action without explicit instructions.

Discretion & Trustworthiness: Absolute integrity in handling private and sensitive information.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is often required).

Emotional Intelligence: Ability to adapt to the executive’s working style and manage stress effectively.

Flexibility: Willingness to handle tasks outside of standard office hours if urgent business arises.
