We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivating Bodybuilding Instructor to join our fitness team. You will be responsible for guiding clients through structured resistance training programs, focusing on hypertrophy, strength gains, and proper physiological development. Whether you are working with competitive bodybuilders preparing for stage or individuals aiming to transform their physique through scientific training, your role is to ensure safe, effective, and progressive results.

Job Responsibilities
Customized Programming: Design and implement personalized bodybuilding routines that incorporate periodization, progressive overload, and specific volume/intensity targets.

Technique Mastery: Provide hands-on coaching to ensure perfect form on compound and isolation lifts, minimizing injury risk while maximizing muscle fiber recruitment.

Nutritional Guidance: Offer evidence-based advice on macronutrient balance, caloric management, and supplement protocols to support muscle growth and body composition goals.

Goal Setting & Tracking: Conduct regular body composition assessments (body fat %, measurements, weight) and progress photos to track growth and make necessary program adjustments.

Motivation & Mentorship: Serve as a coach and mentor, helping clients build the mental discipline, consistency, and focus required for bodybuilding.

Safety Oversight: Supervise all training sessions to ensure a safe environment, specifically during heavy lifting, forced reps, or failure training.

Educational Support: Teach clients about the science behind training—including anatomy, recovery protocols, and the role of rest in muscle repair.

Job Requirements
Education/Experience: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent bodybuilding coaching certification. Prior experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, or competitive bodybuilding is required.

Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and muscle biomechanics.

Ability to structure advanced training techniques (e.g., dropsets, supersets, rest-pause, negatives).

Familiarity with sports nutrition principles and performance enhancement strategies.
