Internal QA/QC Training Specialist
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and systematic Internal QA/QC Training Specialist to oversee the quality standards and training initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that ensure all employees understand and adhere to company-specific quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) protocols. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between quality standards and operational execution, ensuring high consistency, compliance, and excellence across all departments.

Job Responsibilities
Training Program Design: Develop and implement comprehensive training modules, manuals, and instructional materials focused on QA/QC processes, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Instructional Delivery: Conduct regular training workshops and onboarding sessions for new and existing staff regarding quality workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality tools.

Performance Auditing: Observe and audit departmental processes to identify training gaps; analyze quality metrics and non-conformity reports to determine where employees need further education.

SOP Management: Collaborate with department heads to maintain and update SOPs, ensuring that training content is always aligned with the latest quality regulations and internal policies.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all staff are not only trained but are actively implementing quality standards correctly in their daily tasks.

Feedback & Improvement: Act as a feedback loop between the floor and the Quality Management team, providing actionable insights to refine processes and training effectiveness.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training logs, certification records, and assessment results to demonstrate compliance with company standards and external audit requirements.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance/control or corporate training, preferably in a manufacturing, service, or fast-paced operational environment.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or internal quality frameworks).

Proficiency in creating training presentations, visual guides, and assessment tools.

Strong analytical skills to interpret QA/QC data and identify training needs.

Competency in document control systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
