Job Overview
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and process-driven ISO Training Specialist to lead our internal efforts in maintaining and improving our Quality Management Systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel are thoroughly trained on ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001) and that our organizational processes remain fully compliant. Your role is central to fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring that quality standards are not just met, but are embedded into every operational function.

Job Responsibilities
ISO Curriculum Design: Develop and update comprehensive training curricula based on specific ISO standards applicable to our industry.

Compliance Training: Conduct training sessions for all levels of the organization, ensuring employees understand their role in maintaining certification and quality requirements.

Audit Preparation & Support: Assist in internal audit preparation by ensuring all documentation, training records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are audit-ready at all times.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Regularly assess workforce competency gaps regarding ISO compliance and design targeted training to address these needs.

Process Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes, ensuring they are clear, compliant, and easy to follow for staff at all levels.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor key quality performance indicators and feedback from internal audits to refine training programs and improve process efficiency.

Compliance Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all training, assessments, and certifications, providing management with regular updates on organizational compliance status.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in quality assurance, specifically working with ISO management systems and internal training.

Technical Skills:

Certification: Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.) is highly preferred.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, Risk-Based Thinking, and document control.

Tools: Proficiency in QMS software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.

Soft Skills:

Meticulousness: Exceptional attention to detail; the ability to identify subtle non-conformities in processes or documentation.

Consultative Approach: Ability to guide department heads and staff toward compliance with a constructive, rather than policing, mindset.

Complexity Management: Ability to distill complex, technical ISO regulations into clear, actionable training modules.

Integrity: Strong commitment to organizational standards and ethical compliance.
