Job Overview
We are seeking a sustainability-focused and process-driven Training Support Specialist in Sustainable Business & Environmental Management to join our faculty team. As organizations across all sectors face increasing pressure to adopt ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, reduce carbon footprints, and transition to circular economy models, your role is to support the training of future leaders in sustainability. You will facilitate the delivery of curricula that blend environmental science with strategic business management, ensuring learners are prepared to integrate sustainability into core corporate decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
Program Coordination: Manage the logistical execution of sustainability training modules, including scheduling workshops, preparing environmental data case studies, and managing digital resources for impact assessment tools.

Instructional Support: Assist Lead Instructors in facilitating workshops on key sustainability frameworks, including Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Carbon Footprinting, Corporate Sustainability Reporting (e.g., GRI, SASB), and Circular Economy principles.

Applied Lab Facilitation: Manage practical sessions where learners calculate organizational emissions, evaluate supply chain environmental risks, and design sustainable business strategies using environmental management software.

Curriculum Maintenance: Assist in updating training materials to reflect the latest climate regulations, green finance developments, and innovations in sustainable technology.

Assessment & Feedback: Coordinate the evaluation of student projects, such as corporate environmental impact reports or sustainable product development plans. Provide supplemental guidance to ensure learners can apply theoretical frameworks to practical business contexts.

Industry & Stakeholder Liaison: Organize guest lectures with Sustainability Officers (CSOs) and environmental consultants. Facilitate site visits to organizations with mature sustainability programs to bridge the gap between academic theory and practice.

Quality Assurance: Monitor training effectiveness via student evaluations and assessments of practical skills, providing actionable recommendations to enhance our program’s relevance to industry sustainability needs.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Business Administration, Industrial Ecology, or a related field (a professional certification in ESG or Sustainability Reporting is highly preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in corporate sustainability, environmental consulting, or operations management, combined with an interest in educational support.

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of ESG reporting standards and environmental management systems (ISO 14001).

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, specialized carbon accounting software) and life-cycle analysis methodologies.

Familiarity with sustainable supply chain practices and green marketing principles.
