Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute long-term financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure organizational objectives are met.

Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance against targets, identify trends, and provide senior management with clear, evidence-based recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

Capital Management: Manage the organization’s capital structure, oversee investment strategies, and evaluate the financial viability of new projects, mergers, or acquisitions.

Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Risk Management: Identify financial risks (e.g., market, credit, liquidity) and implement robust control frameworks and mitigation strategies to protect company assets.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance department; oversee accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions to ensure high productivity and accuracy.

Stakeholder Relations: Partner with executive leadership to communicate financial performance; coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; a Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is highly preferred.

Experience: 5–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or related management roles.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Expertise in GAAP/IFRS standards, tax compliance, and treasury management.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment analysis, and corporate finance principles.
