We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and leadership-capable Floor Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations on assigned floors in our hotel or resort. In this key supervisory role, you will lead a team of Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants, ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest room standards, and deliver outstanding service quality. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, schedule, train, and motivate Room Attendants and Public Area staff on assigned floors; conduct daily briefings and performance evaluations.
Room & Floor Standards: Oversee thorough cleaning, sanitization, and preparation of guest rooms, suites, and floor public areas to meet brand and company standards.
Quality Inspections: Perform regular room inspections, checklist verifications, and follow-up on corrective actions to maintain high cleanliness and presentation levels.
Guest Service Coordination: Handle guest requests, special room setups, VIP services, and promptly resolve any housekeeping-related complaints.
Inventory & Supply Management: Monitor and control linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment on the floor; report shortages and coordinate replenishment.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare daily floor status reports, room occupancy updates, and maintenance requests; coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments.
Training & Development: Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and service standards.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures; ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or higher; hospitality/housekeeping certificate is preferred.
Experience: 2–5+ years in hotel housekeeping, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Experience in 4–5 star hotels or resorts is highly desirable.
Technical & Practical Skills:
Deep knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and chemical safety.
Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and housekeeping software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality under pressure.

Soft Skills:
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus).
Problem-solving mindset with a strong guest service orientation.
Physical stamina and willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
