We are seeking energetic, reliable, and fast-paced Food Runners / Service Runners to join our Food & Beverage team. In this dynamic role, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of food, beverages, and other items from the kitchen to guest tables, rooms, or event spaces. You will play a key part in delivering excellent guest experiences through speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

Order Delivery: Pick up prepared food and beverages from the kitchen and deliver them promptly and accurately to guest tables, rooms, or banquet/event venues.
Room Service Support: Handle room service orders, including setup, delivery, and collection of trays/equipment from guest rooms.
Coordination with Kitchen & Service Team: Communicate effectively with chefs, waitstaff, and supervisors to ensure orders are complete, correctly plated, and delivered on time.
Guest Service Excellence: Provide friendly interaction with guests, respond to basic requests, and maintain high standards of presentation during delivery.
Side Work & Maintenance: Assist with table setup, replenishing supplies, cleaning service areas, and returning dirty dishes to the kitchen.
Safety & Hygiene: Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols; handle trays, trolleys, and equipment carefully to prevent accidents or spills.
Team Collaboration: Support other F&B staff during peak hours and contribute to overall restaurant or hotel efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
Experience: 0–2+ years in F&B, restaurant, or hotel operations. Fresh candidates with strong work ethic are welcome.
Practical Skills:
Ability to carry trays and navigate quickly in a busy environment.
Basic knowledge of food service, menu items, and restaurant operations.
Familiarity with POS systems or order tracking is an advantage.

Soft Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication skills (English + Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus).
High energy, physical stamina, and ability to work on your feet for long shifts.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
Flexibility to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
