Key Responsibilities

General Operational Support: Assist team members with daily tasks such as loading/unloading materials, moving equipment, preparing workspaces, and basic manual labor.
Cleaning & Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, warehouses, construction sites, offices, or production floors.
Material Handling & Logistics: Help transport, sort, and store materials, tools, and supplies; perform basic inventory checks.
Site/Facility Maintenance: Support minor repair work, setup/teardown of equipment, and general facility upkeep.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and company procedures; use personal protective equipment (PPE) and report hazards.
Team Assistance: Provide flexible support to different departments as needed (production, warehouse, construction, housekeeping, or administrative tasks).
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other assigned tasks to support overall business operations and meet project or production deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Primary/High school diploma or equivalent; no advanced degree required.
Experience: 0–2+ years in general labor, helper, or assistant roles. Fresh graduates or candidates with strong work ethic are welcome.
Practical Skills:
Basic physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks, lifting (up to 20–30kg), and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to learn new skills and operate basic tools or equipment.
Familiarity with safety practices in industrial or construction settings is a plus.
