We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and leadership-driven Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations in our hotel or resort. In this key role, you will manage a team of laundry attendants, ensure high-quality processing of linens, uniforms, and guest items, maintain efficient workflows, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, schedule, train, motivate, and evaluate the laundry team; conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
Laundry Operations Management: Oversee washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packaging of bed linens, towels, uniforms, guest laundry, and other textiles according to standards and timelines.
Quality Control & Inspection: Perform regular quality checks on processed items; ensure proper stain removal, color consistency, and damage-free results.
Equipment & Maintenance: Manage laundry machinery (washers, dryers, ironers, etc.); coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and optimal usage to minimize downtime.
Inventory & Linen Management: Track linen and uniform stock levels, conduct periodic inventories, manage par stock, and coordinate with Storekeeper and Housekeeping for replenishment.
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict sanitation, chemical handling, and health & safety protocols; maintain records for audits and regulatory compliance.
Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily/weekly reports on laundry volume, productivity, and costs; collaborate closely with Executive Housekeeper, Floor Supervisors, and other departments.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and implement sustainable laundry practices (water/energy conservation).

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or higher; vocational training or certificate in Laundry Operations, Hospitality, or Textile Management is preferred.
Experience: 2–6+ years in hotel laundry or commercial laundry operations, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role. Experience in 4–5 star hotels or resorts is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of laundry chemicals, equipment operation, stain treatment, and fabric care.
Familiarity with laundry management systems or inventory software.
Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

Soft Skills:
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
Good communication skills (English and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus).
Physical stamina and ability to work in a hot/humid environment with flexible shifts.
