We are seeking energetic, responsible, and guest-focused Pool Attendants to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and excellent experience at our hotel or resort swimming pools. In this dynamic role, you will ensure a safe and welcoming pool environment for guests while performing cleaning, maintenance, and poolside service tasks. Key Responsibilities

Pool Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning of pool water, deck areas, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and surrounding facilities; skim debris, vacuum floors, and maintain chemical balance.
Safety Monitoring: Observe pool activities, enforce safety rules, and respond promptly to emergencies; assist guests with basic first aid if needed.
Guest Service: Provide friendly assistance to guests, including towel service, lounge chair setup, drink orders (if F&B integrated), and general poolside support.
Equipment & Area Upkeep: Maintain pool equipment, showers, changing rooms, and recreational items; report any damages or maintenance needs.
Water Quality Management: Monitor and record water temperature, pH, chlorine levels, and other parameters according to health and safety standards.
Inventory Control: Manage pool towels, amenities, and supplies; coordinate with Housekeeping and Storekeeper for replenishment.
Event & Peak Hour Support: Assist during pool parties, fitness classes, or high-occupancy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance: Strictly follow local health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including COVID-19 or resort-specific protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, or Pool Operator is a strong advantage.
Experience: 0–3+ years in pool attendant, lifeguard, or hospitality roles. Fresh candidates with swimming ability and service mindset are welcome.
Technical & Practical Skills:
Strong swimming skills and comfort in water.
Knowledge of pool maintenance, chemicals, and cleaning procedures.
Ability to operate basic pool equipment.

Soft Skills & Attributes:
Excellent customer service and communication skills (English + Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus).
High sense of responsibility, vigilance, and professionalism.
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Flexibility for shift work, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
