We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and strong leadership Public Area Supervisor (PA Supervisor) to oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic standards of all high-traffic public spaces in our hotel, resort, or facility. In this important supervisory role, you will lead a dedicated team of Public Area Attendants, ensure exceptional presentation of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, restaurants, pools, and other common areas, and contribute directly to positive guest experiences and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Daily Operations: Lead, schedule, train, motivate, and supervise the Public Area team; conduct daily briefings and performance feedback.
Public Area Standards & Cleaning: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitization, and visual appeal in all public zones through regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and preventive maintenance programs.
Quality Inspections & Control: Perform frequent inspections of public areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces; use checklists and immediately address any deficiencies.
Guest Service & Coordination: Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints regarding public areas; coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, F&B, and other departments for seamless service.
Inventory & Resource Management: Monitor and control cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals; ensure cost-effective usage and timely replenishment.
Safety, Hygiene & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, sanitation, and environmental protocols; prepare for audits and maintain required documentation.
Reporting & Improvement: Prepare daily/weekly public area status reports; identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Training & Development: Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, guest service standards, and sustainability practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or higher; certificate/diploma in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping is a strong advantage.
Experience: 2–5+ years in hotel housekeeping or facility services, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Experience in 4–5 star hotels or resorts is preferred.
Technical & Practical Skills:
Expert knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment (floor scrubbers, carpet cleaners, etc.), and green cleaning practices.
Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or hotel PMS.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain standards in high-traffic environments.

Soft Skills:
Proven leadership, coaching, and team motivation abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus).
Problem-solving mindset with high service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
Physical fitness and flexibility for shift work, weekends, and holidays.
