We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Social Workers with strong communication skills to support the community, provide psychosocial counseling, and implement welfare programs. Job Responsibilities

Conduct needs and social situation assessments of individuals, families, and communities (assessment casework).

Provide psychosocial counseling and support to vulnerable groups: children, the elderly, people with disabilities, victims of domestic violence, people with HIV, substance addicts, etc.

Develop social intervention plans, coordinating with relevant agencies, hospitals, schools, and organizations.

Organize and participate in community activities, awareness workshops, prevention programs, and reintegration support programs.

Manage casework files, progress reports, and statistics according to organizational and legal regulations.

Support the development and implementation of social work projects, and mobilize resources from the community and donors.

Monitor, supervise, and evaluate the effectiveness of social support activities.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Civic Education, or related fields. A social work professional certification is preferred.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in social work, social welfare, community counseling, or a similar position in a hospital, social welfare center, non-governmental organization (NGO), school, or government agency.

Professional Skills:

Counseling, listening, and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in casework management and reporting tools (Word, Excel, social work file management software).

Ability to work in a team and coordinate across sectors.

Understanding of Vietnamese law and social policies (Children's Law, Elderly Law, Law on Prevention of Domestic Violence, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Dedication, patience, high professional ethics, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work in the field.

Good communication skills in Vietnamese (English is an advantage).
