We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Advertising Production Staff member to join our creative marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and delivering high-impact video advertisements and promotional content that drives brand engagement and business results. Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Video Production: Handle pre-production (concept development, scripting, storyboarding), production (shooting, directing talent, on-set coordination), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery) for advertising videos, commercials, social media campaigns, and promotional content.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, clients, directors, and copywriters to align video concepts with brand objectives, campaign strategies, and target audience preferences.
Shooting & Technical Execution: Operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear during shoots; manage locations, props, and talent to capture high-quality footage.
Video Editing & Optimization: Edit compelling video ads using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools; optimize for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, TV, digital ads) with attention to length, pacing, SEO, and performance metrics.
Project Coordination: Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; coordinate with external vendors, freelancers (e.g., voice-over artists, composers), and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Review final outputs for brand consistency, technical standards, legal clearances (music, talent releases), and advertising guidelines.
Content Performance Support: Analyze video performance data and suggest optimizations for future advertising campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Advertising, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience: 2–5+ years in video production, preferably in advertising, marketing, digital agencies, or commercial video production environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising or promotional video work is essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software.
Hands-on experience with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema), lighting setups, audio recording, and stabilization equipment.
Knowledge of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and platform-specific optimization (social media, web, broadcast).
Familiarity with motion graphics, VFX, and animation tools is a strong plus.
