We are seeking a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI/ML solutions for our new luxury hotel and resort. This role is pivotal during the pre-opening phase, helping to build smart systems that enhance guest personalization, optimize operations, predict demand, and elevate the overall guest experience through cutting-edge artificial intelligence.
As AI Engineer, you will work closely with the Big Data Engineer, Senior API Engineer, Senior Delivery Manager, Digital Marketing, and Revenue teams to turn data into intelligent actions across the property’s technology ecosystem (PMS, Magento 2, CRM, booking engine, and guest-facing applications).
Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Model Development

Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for guest personalization, recommendation engines, dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and churn prediction.
Develop AI-powered features such as intelligent chatbots, virtual concierges, sentiment analysis from reviews, and computer vision applications.

Data Integration & Pipeline Support

Collaborate with the Big Data team to build end-to-end ML pipelines using data from PMS, Magento 2, guest interactions, and IoT sensors.
Implement real-time inference and batch processing capabilities on AWS.

Generative AI & Advanced Applications

Explore and implement Generative AI solutions for marketing content, personalized offers, and operational automation.
Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for guest service automation.

Model Deployment & Monitoring

Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices (SageMaker, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
Monitor model performance, drift, and continuously improve accuracy and fairness.

Pre-Opening & Business Impact

Support pre-opening initiatives with predictive analytics for staffing, inventory, and revenue optimization.
Ensure all AI solutions comply with data privacy (PDPA/GDPR), security (Zero Trust), and ethical AI standards.
Support document verification and audit processes for AI models and data usage.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.

Experience

5–10+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
Proven track record deploying production-grade AI solutions, preferably in hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or customer-centric industries.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
Experience with AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, or other cloud ML platforms.
Solid knowledge of MLOps, model serving, feature stores, and experiment tracking.
Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, time-series forecasting, and Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models).
Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, CRM) and Big Data tools (Spark, Kafka) is a strong advantage.

Language & Soft Skills

Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
