We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Application Developer to lead our software engineering initiatives and maintain the highest standards of code quality, architectural integrity, and technical innovation. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the development team, including software engineers, junior developers, and technical support staff.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high coding standards, design patterns (e.g., SOLID, DRY), and security best practices; conduct regular code reviews and performance audits.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage sprint cycles, release roadmaps, and technical debt mitigation plans to ensure efficient delivery and high platform stability.

Resource & Budget Management: Control technical infrastructure costs, software licensing, third-party API subscriptions, and cloud resource allocation; manage vendor relationships.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, UI/UX Design, and Executive teams to translate business requirements into responsive, high-performance, and scalable software solutions.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, TypeScript), development workflows, and new technologies; mentor team leads.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to data privacy regulations, industry-specific security requirements, and internal corporate governance guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on development velocity, system health, and production incident metrics; implement modern CI/CD pipelines and innovative software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 5–10+ years in application development, with at least 3–5 years in a technical leadership or engineering management capacity. Experience in building high-scale, enterprise-grade applications is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of application development frameworks, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex technical dependencies, and optimize the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
