We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven IT Manager to lead our information technology department and maintain the highest standards of system reliability, data security, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Department Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the entire IT team, including system administrators, network engineers, helpdesk support, and cybersecurity analysts.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high IT operational standards, disaster recovery protocols, and system maintenance schedules; conduct regular infrastructure audits and performance reviews.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage long-term IT strategies, digital roadmaps, and capital expenditure plans to ensure scalable, high-performance technology solutions.

Resource & Budget Management: Control hardware and software procurement, vendor licensing, cloud service costs, and departmental budgets; negotiate and manage relationships with external IT service providers.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and external partners to align technology investments with business goals and improve organizational productivity.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on cybersecurity awareness, new software systems, and data handling policies; mentor IT staff on professional growth.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), industry-standard security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), and internal governance guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare monthly reports on system uptime, security incident metrics, and project progress; implement modern IT management practices and sustainability programs.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in IT management or systems administration, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial or leadership capacity. Experience in enterprise-level environments or regulated industries is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of network architecture, enterprise server environments, cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data center operations.

Expertise in cybersecurity best practices, backup and disaster recovery, and software license management.

Proven ability to manage large-scale technical deployments and control operational costs.
