Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the entire systems analysis team, including business analysts, systems engineers, and technical documentation specialists.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high systems analysis standards, data validation protocols, and software acceptance criteria; conduct regular system performance audits and feasibility studies.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage system modernization roadmaps, deployment phases, and application integration schedules to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Resource & Budget Management: Control project resource allocation, software tool licensing, and consultation budgets; manage relationships with external system vendors and independent contractors.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads, software developers, and executive leadership to translate complex operational bottlenecks into clear, scalable technical requirements.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and user documentation for newly implemented systems; mentor junior analysts on business-to-technical translation.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to corporate data governance, industry-specific compliance requirements, and internal data security standards across all functional workflows.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on system ROI, user adoption rates, and workflow automation metrics; implement modern systems modeling methodologies and agile analysis frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 5–10+ years in systems analysis or business technology consulting, with at least 3–5 years in a project leadership or managerial capacity. Experience leading large-scale ERP, CRM, or custom software integration projects is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of systems design, data modeling tools (e.g., UML, Visio), and modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Experience with relational databases, API integrations, and cloud-based business architecture.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and control project lifecycles.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and structural organization abilities.

High attention to detail with a focus on operational workflow efficiency.
