We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Digital Interface/UX Designer to lead our design systems and product interface initiatives. In this senior role, you will oversee the creation of high-fidelity, intuitive, and technically sophisticated digital experiences for complex enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the design team, including UI/UX designers, accessibility specialists, and design system maintainers.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high standards for design system documentation, interaction patterns, and visual consistency; conduct regular design audits and accessibility compliance reviews.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage design roadmaps, UI toolkit evolution, and cross-platform design strategies to ensure scalable and cohesive product development.

Resource & Budget Management: Control design tool licensing, design library software, and user research budget; manage relationships with external design agencies or research firms.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to translate business complex workflows into seamless, high-performance interfaces.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on design system usage, prototyping best practices, and accessibility standards; mentor team members.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to global accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ADA), design system governance, and data privacy-by-design principles.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on design consistency, user journey metrics, and interface performance; implement innovative design methodologies and automated design-to-code workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. A strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise-level interface design is required.

Experience: 5–10+ years in UI/UX or product design, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership, senior, or managerial capacity. Experience working closely with technical engineering teams in Agile environments is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and design system management.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React components) and how they influence design feasibility.

Proven ability to lead design teams, manage complex project lifecycles, and advocate for user experience within technical constraints.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical stakeholders.
