We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven ERP Business Analyst to lead our enterprise systems initiatives and maintain the highest standards of process optimization, data integrity, and cross-departmental integration. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the business systems team, including functional analysts, configuration specialists, and reporting experts.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high process documentation standards, data validation protocols, and software acceptance criteria; conduct regular system performance and compliance audits.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage ERP implementation roadmaps, upgrade cycles, and integration schedules to ensure minimal disruption to core business operations.

Resource & Budget Management: Control project resource allocation, software module licensing, and consultant budgets; manage relationships with external ERP vendors and implementation partners.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads, IT leadership, and end-users to translate complex business bottlenecks into optimized ERP workflows and functional requirements.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and user documentation for newly implemented ERP features; mentor junior analysts on business-process translation.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to corporate data governance, industry-specific compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA), and internal data security standards across all ERP modules.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on ERP utilization, process efficiency gains, and ROI; implement modern process modeling methodologies and agile improvement frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. ERP-specific certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in business analysis or ERP implementation/support, with at least 3–5 years in a project leadership or managerial capacity. Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level ERP deployments is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, Manufacturing), business process re-engineering (BPR), and data migration best practices.

Experience with SQL, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and system integration (API/Middleware).

Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, manage complex project lifecycles, and control operational budgets.
