We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven QA Analyst/Tester to lead our quality assurance initiatives and maintain the highest standards of software reliability, performance, and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the QA team, including manual testers, automation engineers, and performance specialists.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high testing standards, documentation protocols, and defect tracking processes; conduct regular quality audits and sign-off reviews.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage testing roadmaps, release schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery within tight sprint cycles.

Resource & Budget Management: Control costs for testing tools, cloud-based device farms, test environment infrastructure, and third-party QA services; manage vendor relationships.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to integrate quality-first practices into the SDLC and foster a culture of shared responsibility.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on test automation frameworks, bug reporting best practices, and new QA technologies; mentor team leads.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to industry-specific quality standards, security requirements, and internal corporate governance guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on defect density, test coverage, and release readiness; implement innovative quality-engineering methodologies (e.g., TDD, BDD) and CI/CD testing integration.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. ISTQB or other recognized QA certifications are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in software testing or quality assurance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership, senior, or managerial capacity. Experience in enterprise-grade software environments is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Experience with API testing, performance/load testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Proven ability to lead high-performing testing teams, manage complex release cycles, and optimize overall QA operational efficiency.
