Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide a professional, efficient, and friendly checkout experience.

Transaction Processing: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process payments (cash, credit, digital), and handle returns or exchanges according to store policy.

Cash Management: Maintain cash drawer accuracy, reconcile daily receipts, and ensure all financial transactions are handled with high integrity.

Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies; assist with merchandising or front-end maintenance during quiet periods.

Safety & Security: Adhere to store policies regarding age-restricted sales, loss prevention, and front-end safety protocols.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively with floor staff to manage line flow, assist with store opening/closing procedures, and ensure a professional store environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in retail, cash handling, or customer service is desirable but not required for highly reliable candidates.

Key Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.

Basic math skills for efficient cash management and transaction processing.

Proficiency with POS systems and standard retail software.
