We are seeking a visionary, technical, and results-driven Computer and Information Systems Manager to lead our IT department. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Align IT strategy with organizational objectives; plan and oversee the implementation of large-scale technology projects, upgrades, and digital transformations.

Infrastructure Management: Oversee the performance, security, and maintenance of all network, hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure; ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals (e.g., system administrators, network engineers, support staff); foster a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the IT budget, including capital expenditures for new technologies and operational costs for ongoing maintenance and support.

Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity frameworks, data protection policies, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC2, HIPAA) to protect organizational data.

Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external hardware/software vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure cost-effectiveness and service level agreement (SLA) compliance.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and deploy innovative software solutions to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or MIS) or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are highly preferred.

Experience: 7–10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and network security.

Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern IT project management methodologies.

Proven experience managing large budgets and complex cross-departmental projects.
