We are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious Construction Laborer to join our job site team. In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks essential to the progress of our construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Key Responsibilities
Site Preparation: Clear construction sites of debris, vegetation, and other hazards; assist in setting up scaffolding, temporary fencing, and site barricades.

Material Handling: Load, unload, transport, and distribute building materials (e.g., lumber, bricks, steel, concrete) to various areas of the job site using manual labor or site-specific equipment.

Trade Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, masons, electricians) by holding materials, measuring/cutting simple components, and mixing mortars or concretes.

Demolition & Cleanup: Assist with light demolition tasks and maintain site cleanliness by sweeping, organizing tools, and properly disposing of construction waste throughout the day.

Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate small power tools, hand tools, and basic heavy machinery (as certified/trained) to complete assigned tasks.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow all OSHA and internal site safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), proper lifting techniques, and awareness of heavy equipment zones.

Operational Support: Report any site hazards, equipment malfunctions, or inventory shortages to the site foreman promptly to ensure project timelines remain on track.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; relevant construction safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10) are a significant advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or heavy manual labor is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

High level of physical stamina and strength, including the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 50+ lbs.

Capable of performing repetitive motions, bending, climbing, reaching, and working on uneven surfaces for extended periods.

Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, or rain.

Key Skills:

Basic knowledge of construction tools and material identification.

Ability to read and follow verbal instructions, safety signs, and simple site diagrams.
