We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven General and Operations Manager to oversee our organization's daily operations and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate department heads and operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high operational standards, compliance policies, and performance metrics; conduct regular business audits and efficiency reviews.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage annual operating plans, strategic growth roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies to ensure organizational objectives are met.

Resource & Budget Management: Maintain full P&L accountability, including overseeing capital expenditures, operational budgets, and cost-reduction initiatives; manage key vendor relationships.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Executive team, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders to align operational strategy with corporate vision and market goals.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive leadership development and operational training programs; mentor managers to build a robust leadership pipeline.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to legal requirements, industry-specific regulations, internal corporate governance, and risk management frameworks.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare executive-level reports on business health, operational KPIs, and performance gaps; implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive organizational agility.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.

Experience: 10+ years in operations management or a related senior leadership role. Proven track record of managing P&L and scaling operations in an enterprise environment is required.

Technical & Management Skills:

Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance management software.

Strong knowledge of business process optimization, change management, and organizational restructuring.

Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional teams, navigate complex business challenges, and drive strategic initiatives to completion.
