Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end project execution, from initial project charters and resource allocation to final delivery and post-project review.

Methodology Implementation: Apply and adapt project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean) to best fit the specific needs and goals of each project.

Team Coordination: Lead and facilitate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment on project goals, and effective delegation of tasks.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve bottlenecks or conflicts that threaten project timelines or quality.

Budget & Resource Control: Monitor project budgets, track resource utilization, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress reports, managing expectations, and reporting on project status.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change logs, and final project retrospectives to support future learning.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; a PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is highly preferred.

Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a related coordination role.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com).

Strong understanding of project lifecycle stages, risk management, and quality assurance principles.

Proficiency in budget management and data analysis tools.
