In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management, responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing warehouse or sales floor layouts, and precisely filling customer orders for shipment or display. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Efficiently receive, unpack, and stock merchandise onto shelves, racks, or bins, ensuring products are placed in correct locations according to inventory plans.

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick products from storage locations to fill customer or internal orders, verifying quantities and product codes to ensure zero-error fulfillment.

Organization & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, order, and safety of storage areas, aisles, and display floors; remove debris and ensure walkways remain clear and hazard-free.

Inventory Audits: Participate in regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks; report discrepancies, damages, or low-stock levels to management immediately.

Documentation: Utilize inventory management systems, handheld scanners, or paper-based manifests to accurately track stock movement and order completion.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe operation of material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, ladders).

Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse/store teams to meet daily productivity goals and support overall operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects (up to 40-50 lbs) regularly.

Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping for extended periods.

Comfortable working in environments such as warehouses, cold storage, or retail floor spaces.

Key Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.

Basic ability to read, comprehend, and follow order sheets, inventory labels, and safety signage.

Familiarity with handheld scanning devices or inventory management software is a plus.
