We are seeking 10 energetic and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our team, specializing in premium apartment and condominium projects. If you are a high-achiever with excellent communication skills and a passion for the real estate market, we invite you to help our clients find their dream homes or high-yield investment properties.
Job Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Execute targeted calling campaigns to introduce new apartment launches, promotions, and investment opportunities.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential buyers, maintaining accurate records of client preferences (location, budget, amenities) in our CRM.
Consultative Selling: Deliver professional, persuasive presentations about project highlights—such as facility features, unit layouts, location advantages, and payment schedules.
Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach, scheduled property tours, and successful bookings.
Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire buying journey, from the first call to the signing of the sales contract.
Follow-up Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up process for prospects, providing updates on project progress, market trends, and unit availability.
Market Insight: Actively monitor competitors and market trends to provide valuable, real-time advice to clients.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or real estate (previous experience in property/condo sales is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and common office tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for managing a high volume of leads.
Soft Skills:

Excellent Communication: Articulate, professional, and confident in both verbal and written communication.
