We are seeking a seasoned General Affairs (GA) Manager to lead our administrative and general affairs operations. You will be the backbone of our operational support system, ensuring that all non-core business activities—from facility management and legal compliance to external relations—are executed seamlessly to support our company's sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage the full spectrum of GA functions, including office facilities, workplace safety (HSE), security, and company assets.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all company operations (licenses, permits, internal regulations) comply with local laws and government requirements.
External Relations: Manage relationships with government agencies, landlords, and local authorities to protect company interests and ensure smooth operations.
Budget & Procurement: Strategically manage the GA budget, oversee large-scale procurement, and negotiate high-value contracts with service providers.
Fleet & Logistics Management: Oversee company vehicle management, driver coordination, and logistical support for business operations.
Event & Culture Management: Lead the planning of company events, team-building activities, and internal communication initiatives to promote a positive company culture.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement emergency response protocols (e.g., fire safety, medical emergencies, business continuity plans).
Team Leadership: Mentor and direct the GA team, ensuring high productivity, service orientation, and adherence to company standards.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or related fields.
Experience: 5–8+ years in General Affairs, Administrative Management, or Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of local labor laws, administrative regulations, and HSE standards.
Strong proficiency in financial budgeting and contract negotiation.
Experience in dealing with government authorities (licensing, inspection, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Diplomacy & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with external parties and internal departments.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to foresee operational risks and implement long-term solutions.
Authority & Decisiveness: A strong, professional presence capable of enforcing company policies.
Resilience: Ability to remain calm and focused during complex operational or legal crises.
