We are seeking a versatile and analytical Training Support Specialist in Data Analysis to join our team. Job Responsibilities
Program Coordination: Manage the logistical execution of data-centric training modules, ensuring that lab environments, software licenses (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and datasets are ready for professional instruction.

Instructional Support: Assist Lead Instructors in facilitating workshops on key analytical topics, including SQL querying, data cleaning, visualization techniques, and predictive business modeling.

Applied Lab Facilitation: Support practical sessions where learners build dashboards, perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), and translate technical metrics (e.g., churn rate, CAC, LTV) into business strategy recommendations.

Curriculum Maintenance: Assist in updating training materials to keep pace with evolving technologies, including advancements in AI-assisted analytics, cloud-based data warehousing, and automated reporting.

Assessment & Performance Tracking: Coordinate the evaluation of student projects and data-storytelling assignments. Provide supplemental guidance on best practices for data integrity and business-aligned reporting.

Industry & Stakeholder Liaison: Organize guest lectures with Data Scientists, Business Intelligence (BI) Managers, and Product Managers. Facilitate networking events to connect learners with real-world business environments.

Quality Assurance: Monitor training effectiveness by tracking student project outcomes and feedback, providing data-driven insights to the program management team for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a technical support role within a corporate/educational setting.

Technical Skills:

Strong command of SQL and proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python or R) and statistical analysis packages.

Familiarity with database structures and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
