We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Executive Housekeeper in leading the Housekeeping Department. Key Responsibilities

Department Operations Support: Assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning, organizing, and directing all housekeeping activities including room cleaning, public area maintenance, laundry, and linen management.
Team Leadership & Development: Supervise Floor Supervisors, Public Area Supervisors, Laundry Supervisor, Housemen, and other staff; conduct training, performance evaluations, and motivation programs.
Quality Assurance & Inspections: Perform regular room and public area inspections; implement corrective actions to maintain brand standards and high guest satisfaction scores.
Inventory & Budget Control: Monitor linen, uniform, amenities, and cleaning supply inventory; assist in budget management, cost control, and procurement coordination.
Guest Experience Management: Handle guest complaints and special requests related to housekeeping; collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, F&B, and Event teams for seamless service.
Staff Scheduling & Rostering: Prepare and optimize staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing during peak periods and events.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, environmental, and brand standards; prepare for audits and maintain proper documentation.
Reporting & Improvement: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on departmental performance; identify opportunities for process improvement and staff productivity.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related fields is preferred.
Experience: 4–8+ years in hotel housekeeping operations, with at least 2–4 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Experience in 4–5 star hotels or international chain resorts is highly desirable.
Technical & Management Skills:
Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, laundry operations, chemical safety, and cleaning systems.
Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), housekeeping software, and MS Office (especially Excel).
Proven ability to manage large teams and control operational costs.

Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (English + Vietnamese required; additional languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
Guest-centric mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
