We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Information Security Analyst/Cybersecurity Engineer to lead our security initiatives and maintain the highest standards of data protection, threat mitigation, and system integrity. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the entire security team, including security analysts, penetration testers, and incident responders.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high security standards, encryption protocols, and zero-trust architectural patterns; conduct regular security audits and penetration tests.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage security roadmaps, incident response playbooks, and disaster recovery strategies to ensure efficient threat detection and rapid mitigation.

Resource & Budget Management: Control security infrastructure costs, procurement of security software and monitoring tools, and cloud security resource allocation; manage relationships with security vendors and auditors.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Executive teams to translate business risks into effective security strategies and ensure security-by-design across all products.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive security awareness training programs; mentor team members on emerging threats, defensive coding, and forensics techniques.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST), and internal corporate security policies.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on security posture, vulnerability status, and incident trends; implement innovative defensive methodologies and threat intelligence integrations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GSEC) are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in information security or cybersecurity, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership, management, or senior engineering capacity. Experience in high-growth technology companies or highly regulated enterprise environments is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of threat modeling, risk management, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and cloud-native security (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Experience with network security, identity and access management (IAM), and endpoint protection solutions.

Proven ability to lead security teams, manage complex incident responses, and implement long-term security strategies.
