We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven IT Project Manager to lead our technology initiatives and maintain the highest standards of project delivery, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate cross-functional project teams, including developers, systems engineers, business analysts, and external contractors.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high project management standards, documentation protocols, and quality assurance frameworks; conduct regular project audits and status reviews.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Resource & Budget Management: Control project budgets, vendor procurement, software licensing, and capital expenditure tracking; manage relationships with stakeholders and third-party partners.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and technical teams to align project deliverables with business strategy and organizational goals.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training on project management tools, agile ceremonies, and process improvements; mentor project team leads.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to project governance, data protection regulations, and internal security and infrastructure standards.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on project health, velocity, and milestone achievements; implement innovative project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP) and lessons-learned initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in IT project management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior managerial capacity. Experience in managing large-scale, enterprise-level technology implementations is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC), infrastructure deployment, and cloud-native project management.

Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proven ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams, manage complex dependencies, and control project operational costs.
