We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Network Architect to lead our global network infrastructure strategy and maintain the highest standards of connectivity, security, and performance. In this senior role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise-level networking ecosystem, including hybrid cloud environments, SD-WAN, and high-availability data centers. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the networking team, including network engineers, security specialists, and infrastructure technicians.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high network architecture standards, security protocols, and disaster recovery procedures; conduct regular system audits and performance benchmarking.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage multi-year infrastructure roadmaps, capacity planning, and network evolution strategies to support organizational growth.

Resource & Budget Management: Control hardware/software procurement, ISP/telecommunications service contracts, and infrastructure utility budgets; manage relationships with connectivity providers.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Executive teams to ensure network architecture supports scalable, high-performance application delivery.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on networking best practices, new technology stacks, and security compliance; mentor team leads and engineers.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to data privacy regulations, industry security standards, and internal corporate infrastructure governance guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on network health, latency, and uptime; implement modern Network-as-Code (NaC) and automation methodologies to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Expert-level certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, AWS Advanced Networking) are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in network engineering or architecture, with at least 3–5 years in a technical leadership or infrastructure management capacity. Experience in architecting enterprise-scale hybrid/multi-cloud environments is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of routing/switching, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and software-defined networking (SDN).

Experience with Network-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Python) and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex system migrations, and control total cost of ownership (TCO) for network infrastructure.
