We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and leadership-driven QA/Test Lead to head the Quality Assurance function for our SaaS and E-Commerce platforms in the new luxury hotel and resort project. This senior role is critical during the pre-opening phase, ensuring the highest quality, reliability, and performance of the hotel’s digital products — including Magento 2 e-commerce, online booking engine, guest portals, retail systems, and integrated SaaS solutions.
As QA/Test Lead, you will lead a team of testers, define QA strategy, and work closely with the Senior Delivery Manager, Senior API Engineer, Frontend Developers, Magento Developers, and Product teams to deliver flawless digital experiences that drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
QA Strategy & Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual & automation).
Define and implement comprehensive QA processes, standards, and best practices for SaaS and E-Commerce products.
Establish test strategies for Agile/Scrum environments and pre-opening launches.

Test Planning & Execution

Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and usability testing.
Lead end-to-end testing of Magento 2, booking engines, payment integrations, PMS connectivity, and mobile/web platforms.
Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

Automation & Quality Engineering

Drive test automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Appium, and other tools.
Build and maintain robust automation frameworks and CI/CD testing pipelines.
Implement performance and load testing to ensure system readiness for high-traffic periods.

Risk Management & Compliance

Identify quality risks and work with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, PDPA/GDPR, accessibility standards, and security requirements.
Support document verification, audit preparation, and quality documentation for all releases.

Pre-Opening & Release Management

Ensure all digital platforms are thoroughly tested and stable before soft opening and grand opening.
Provide QA reports, metrics, and quality dashboards to senior management.
Continuously improve QA processes and collaborate on shift-left testing practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience

7–12+ years in QA/Testing with at least 4–6 years in a QA/Test Lead or QA Manager role.
Strong experience in SaaS products and E-Commerce platforms (Magento 2 highly preferred).
Hospitality, travel, or booking system testing experience is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

Expert in manual and automated testing tools: Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Appium, JMeter, TestRail/Jira.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and cloud environments (AWS).
Experience with Magento 2, React/Next.js frontend, and payment gateway testing.
Knowledge of performance, security, and accessibility testing.

Language & Soft Skills

Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a passion for quality and user experience.
