Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring code is scalable, secure, and performant.

Technical Implementation: Translate business requirements and technical specifications into functional software components, utilizing modern frameworks and best-practice patterns.

Code Quality & Peer Review: Write clean, documented, and testable code; participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure consistency, security, and adherence to team standards.

Debugging & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks across the stack.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure alignment on features, user experience, and delivery timelines.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in architectural discussions, advocate for technical debt reduction, and research/adopt new tools or methodologies to improve team productivity.

Deployment & Support: Assist in CI/CD pipeline management, release processes, and providing third-level support to resolve production incidents.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience: 2–5+ years of professional software development experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in one or more core programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go, C++).

Experience with modern frameworks, libraries, and architectural patterns (e.g., RESTful APIs, Microservices, MVC).

Strong understanding of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and SQL.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker).

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
