We are looking for 10 detail-oriented and service-minded individuals to join our property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of apartment units for lease, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing an exceptional living experience for our tenants.

Job Responsibilities
Leasing Operations: Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including listing vacant units, conducting property viewings, and screening potential tenants.

Tenant Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, resolving maintenance requests, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction.

Property Maintenance Coordination: Regularly inspect managed units and coordinate with vendors or maintenance teams to ensure all apartments meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Lease Administration: Draft, renew, and terminate lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.

Occupancy Management: Execute marketing strategies (online and offline) to attract new tenants and minimize vacancy periods.

Financial Record-keeping: Monitor rental payments, manage security deposits, and maintain accurate records of income/expenditure for each unit in the system.

Reporting: Provide weekly reports on occupancy rates, rental revenue, and maintenance status to the management team.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or hospitality operations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Property Management software or CRM systems.

Strong familiarity with MS Office/Google Suite (for reporting and data management).

Soft Skills:

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle tenant disputes and maintenance emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.

Organization: High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
