Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Training Support Specialist in Intelligent Operations & Mobility Management to join our instructional team. As global transportation systems shift toward interconnected, autonomous, and electrified models, your role is to facilitate the training of the next generation of logistics and infrastructure professionals. You will support the delivery of curricula focused on smart traffic management, integrated public transit systems, and operational efficiency within intelligent urban mobility frameworks.

Job Responsibilities
Program Coordination: Manage the daily logistics of training programs, ensuring that technical simulation software, data dashboards, and instructional materials are fully operational and aligned with industry standards.

Instructional Support: Assist Lead Instructors in delivering content related to Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) models, and real-time operational optimization.

Lab & Data Facilitation: Coordinate practical sessions where learners use predictive analytics, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and traffic flow simulation tools to solve mobility bottlenecks and improve operational throughput.

Curriculum Maintenance: Assist in updating training modules to incorporate emerging trends, such as V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) communication, micro-mobility management, and the integration of AI in fleet operations.

Assessment & Performance Tracking: Evaluate learner performance in complex modeling exercises, manage project submissions, and provide supplemental support to bridge gaps in technical or analytical understanding.

Industry & Stakeholder Liaison: Organize guest lectures, site visits to smart city control centers, and networking sessions with experts in logistics and urban planning.

Resource Optimization: Maintain up-to-date documentation on smart mobility best practices, ensuring that the training environment reflects the latest regulatory and technological advancements.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Transport Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Urban Planning, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in transportation operations, logistics management, or a technical support role within a smart city/infrastructure context.

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of intelligent operations (e.g., real-time optimization, demand-responsive transport).

Familiarity with traffic/logistics simulation software and GIS tools.

Proficiency in data management and ability to interpret technical performance indicators.
