We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Cloud Architect to lead our cloud transformation initiatives and maintain the highest standards of system design, scalability, and technical innovation. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the entire cloud engineering team, including solutions architects, cloud engineers, and migration specialists.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high architectural standards, security-by-design patterns, and disaster recovery frameworks; conduct regular architecture audits and technical reviews.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage infrastructure roadmaps, migration strategies, and platform modernization plans to ensure efficient cloud utilization and high availability.

Resource & Budget Management: Control cloud expenditure (FinOps), software licensing, and infrastructure utility budgets; manage relationships with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Executive leadership, Engineering, and Security teams to align cloud strategies with business goals and support rapid product development.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on cloud technologies, best practices, and security; mentor team leads and engineers.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to data sovereignty regulations, industry security standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001), and internal corporate governance guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on cloud performance, cost efficiency, and project progress; implement cutting-edge cloud-native methodologies and automation.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Professional Cloud Architect certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in cloud engineering or architecture, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior managerial capacity. Experience in architecting enterprise-scale hybrid or multi-cloud environments is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of cloud-native design patterns, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and serverless architectures.

Expertise in networking, security (IAM, encryption), data storage, and cost optimization strategies.

Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams, manage complex migrations, and control total cost of ownership (TCO).
