We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Full-Stack Developer to lead our web engineering initiatives and maintain the highest standards of user interface quality, server-side robustness, and technical innovation. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the entire web development team, including frontend developers, backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA testers.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high coding standards, component-driven design patterns, and security best practices; conduct regular code reviews and performance audits.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage sprint cycles, release roadmaps, and technical debt mitigation plans to ensure efficient delivery and high platform stability.

Resource & Budget Management: Control technical infrastructure costs, software licensing, third-party API subscriptions, and cloud resource allocation; manage vendor relationships.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Executive teams to translate business requirements into responsive, high-performance, and scalable web solutions.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js), accessibility standards, and development workflows; mentor team leads.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), web accessibility standards (WCAG), security protocols, and internal governance guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals), deployment velocity, and system health; implement modern CI/CD pipelines and innovative web development methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 5–10+ years in web development, with at least 3–5 years in a technical leadership or engineering management capacity. Experience in building high-traffic, complex web applications is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of full-stack technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue/Angular, Node.js/Python/Go) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).

Experience with responsive design, state management, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and optimize the end-to-end web development lifecycle.
