We are seeking a skilled, safety-conscious, and reliable Electrician to join our facilities and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, components, and wiring within our commercial or industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities
Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, conduits, and control systems, ensuring all work meets local building codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical malfunctions, circuit failures, and equipment issues using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, ohmmeters, and oscilloscopes.

Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical panels, transformers, motors, and lighting systems to prevent downtime.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute complex installations or repairs.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and grounding/bonding standards.

Testing & Documentation: Test electrical systems for continuity and safety before, during, and after installation or repair; maintain accurate logs of all work performed and parts used.

Team Collaboration: Partner with maintenance managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate project schedules and ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other building services.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program or technical school; High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Licensing: Valid state-issued Electrician License (Journeyman or Master level) is required.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential electrical work.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in electrical circuitry, power distribution, and low-voltage systems.

Strong familiarity with NEC requirements, local electrical codes, and OSHA safety regulations.

Proficiency with hand and power tools specific to the trade.
