Job Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of industrial projects, including site development, infrastructure coordination, and facility readiness.

Tenant Acquisition & Consultation: Lead the process of introducing industrial land, ready-built factories, or warehouses to potential corporate clients and manufacturing partners.

Legal & Compliance Management: Ensure all project activities, leasing contracts, and construction permits comply with local industrial and environmental regulations.

Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the bridge between internal construction teams, local authorities, and prospective corporate tenants.

Market Analysis: Monitor trends in industrial real estate, logistics demand, and foreign direct investment (FDI) to optimize project positioning.

Performance Reporting: Track project milestones, budget utilization, and leasing progress to ensure delivery schedules and financial goals are met.

Client Relationship Management: Provide end-to-end support to tenants, from initial site visits and contract negotiation to factory move-in and operational support.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Economics.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Real Estate, Property Management, or B2B sales.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.

Strong knowledge of industrial leasing contracts and legal requirements for FDI projects.

Ability to read site plans and understand technical specifications of industrial facilities.

Soft Skills:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the specific logistics and operational needs of manufacturing clients.

Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with corporate decision-makers.
